Anyone who requires products over the Christmas period will be welcome to collect their goods. Just call us first on 0121 339 5060 to ensure that someone will be here.
We are fully responsible to ensure that the goods which are ordered are delivered to the customer's address in a reasonable amount of time. We are of course wholly reliant upon third parties to deliver your orders.
Snow and flooding can and does wreak havoc with our beloved postal system.
This is our 17th winter period as a mail order business. Whilst we promise to post your orders on time (and we will tell you if we are prevented from doing so), be advised that postal delays of up to a week due to bad weather are not uncommon.
Please remember that your order has to travel through a network of distribution centres before it is handed to your postman/woman. Your delivery can be adversely affected by poor weather conditions 100s of miles from your location.
Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail. The majority of customers are familiar with how our postal system works, and know where to collect a package from in the event that it was not possible to deliver.
This year, Royal Mail introduced delivery scanning on all of our parcel services. If you think your package may be held at the delivery office, call us on 0121 339 5060 and we will be able to check for you.
Tracked 24 parcels have additional scans as they progress through the network. If you provided a mobile telephone number when placing your order, Royal Mail will send a text message when the package is out for delivery.
None of our shipping services have a guaranteed delivery day.
NO PACKAGE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS 'LOST' FOR 14 DAYS (UK) or 30 DAYS (EU).

The majority of our deliveries are undertaken by Royal Mail.
First Class parcels have a delivery aim of 1-2 days to a UK address. There is no additional amount to pay.
They will be delivered by postal staff who already know your address well. Royal Mail will normally attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour if you are not available. You can specify your preferred neighbour or opt-out of this facility http://www.royalmail.com/delivery-to-neighbour. If it is not possible to leave your parcel, it will be taken to your local Delivery Office where it will be held for 18 days. Royal Mail will usually leave a red and white A6 sized calling card. Deliceries can be rearranged online at 48 hours' notice, or collected in person. For security reasons, cards will not be left in communal areas, for example, the entrance to a number of apartments. You will need two forms of ID to collect your parcel.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 also has a delivery aim of 1-2 days to a UK address. Saturday is a normal delivery day.
Customers using this service will receive an SMS message or email to let them know that their postman has prepared the parcel for delivery later that day. There is an additional message to confirm delivery.
We are subscribed to Royal Mail's 'Safeplace' facility which allows users of the Tracked 24 service to nominate a specific place to leave their goods if they are out.
As with First Class, if the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be taken to your local Delivery Office.
We are unable to guarantee a delivery day or time, but we can guarantee to send your goods out when we say we will.
We can offer courier delivery to certain areas. We use DPD, Parcelforce, GLS and UPS. Where available, you may choose these services from the drop-down list in the shopping cart.
I'm outside of the UK and it won't allow me to purchase. Can you supply me?
